Mixed Level Drop-In
These classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Mixed-level classes offer a number of options allowing you to advance your practice or modify to the specific needs of your body. In this class, you will have the opportunity to be challenged a little further, elevate your heart rate, gain muscular strength and begin guiding your practice with the movement of the breath.
Heart Flow Yoga
A quieter practice for a quieter time of day. This hatha flow class focuses on longer holds to build awareness and strength.
