Charlotte began practicing yoga in 2001 and was immediately captivated. She completed her eight hundred hour Vijñana Yoga teacher training in 2013 and the Yoga Synergy Fundamentals course in 2014. Moving with ease and grace in the flow of yoga is what inspires Charlotte and her teaching. Melanie has been practicing yoga for 15 years and completed her 250 hr RYT Yoga Teacher Training at Moksana Studio in Victoria BC in 2016. Melanie will guide you through a sequence of postures to awaken and strengthen your body and mind. Enjoy moving with your breath and starting your day feeling peacefully exhilarated. Elissa is flawed in life and in yoga. She may fall out of postures, giggle inappropriately, shed a tear, or burp accidentally. For her, yoga is about embracing imperfection: finding beauty and strength in our imperfect bodies, learning to still our imperfect minds, and gaining the courage to flourish in an imperfect world. Elissa completed her 250 hour RYT yoga teacher training at Feel Good Yoga and Pilates in 2013 and has been teaching light-hearted classes ever since.
