Charlotte began practicing yoga in 2001 and was immediately captivated. She completed her eight hundred hour Vijñana Yoga teacher training in 2013 and the Yoga Synergy Fundamentals course in 2014. Moving with ease and grace in the flow of yoga is what inspires Charlotte and her teaching. Charlotte is also a certified teacher of the Pilates Method and a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. She operates Insideout Movement Therapy -http://www.iomt.ca.
Melanie has been practicing yoga for 15 years and completed her 250 hr RYT Yoga Teacher Training at Moksana last year. Melanie was born in Victoria and raised in Deep Cove. Now she lives in what was once her childhood home and she is happily raising her own two children in this community.
She is pleased to be teaching the Monday morning 8:30-10:00AM Vinyasa Flow class at DC Yoga! Having taught at DC Yoga a few times last fall, she loved getting to know the extremely welcoming members and looks forward to continue teaching at DC Yoga. Melanie hopes to help garner more members to ensure the sustainability of this very special Studio. She hopes to ensure that Deep Cove Yoga can continue to provide top-quality yoga instruction following a non-profit philosophy to our wonderful community. Judi has been practising yoga since 2000 and completed her teacher certification in 2011 at MokSana Yoga in Victoria. Yoga is a transformative process that encourages her to find peace and approach life full of compassion. By attuning our awareness into the present moment we can find inspiration, balance, openness and freedom. She practices and teaches vinyasa and yin yoga and is learning to arise, abide and dissolve through all asana and life itself.
Erin began practising yoga in 2008 to work with sports related injuries and quickly found the many additional benefits of yoga including improved health, physical strength, emotional well-being and a practice of living in the moment, as well as a love of everyday life.
She completed a teaching certification in 2012 with MokSana yoga and has since furthered her studies through self practice and workshops. She first started teaching at Deep Cove Yoga in 2014 and is honoured to teach in a community organization that truly embodies the spirit of yoga.
